We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm CET (with the exception of Norwegian public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, except weekends.

Easy Returns & Exchanges.
RETURN OF GOODS
At cardsome.com you have a 60-day exchange right and 14 days open purchase. The deadlines apply from the date you received your package to the day you register your return. If you return the package within 14 days of the date of receipt, you will get the money back for the purchase, if you return it after 14 days and no later than 60 days after the date of receipt, you will receive a voucher that can be used in our online store. Orders may be returned so long as the order is new, unused/unworn with unsealed tags.

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment. Once a qualified refund is received we will make sure you are refunded as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping & Fulfillment
Cardsome currently ships all orders by post, Fedex and Bring.
International Shipping
We currently offer Fedex and Bring options for international orders. Cardsome is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using Fedex Express methods if you need your package to arrive in a time sensitive manner.
CLAIMS
Claims must be directed to Cardsome within a reasonable time frame. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes out of court. If this is not successful, the Purchaser may contact the Consumer Authority for mediation.
