We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm CET (with the exception of Norwegian public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, except weekends.

Easy Returns & Exchanges.

RETURN OF GOODS

At cardsome.com you have a 14 days open purchase. The deadlines apply from the date you received your package to the day you register your return. If you return the package within 14 days of the date of receipt, you will get the money back for the purchase. Orders may be returned so long as the order is new, unused/unworn with unsealed tags.

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment. Once a qualified refund is received we will make sure you are refunded as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable.
